Shipping Policy - the basics At Bubble Tub Kids Corp, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following shipping policy to understand our shipping processes, rates, and delivery times. 1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times 1.1 Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. 1.2 Delivery Times: Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days within Canada. Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, typically takes 2-5 business days within Canada. Delivery times may vary based on your location, order volume, and shipping provider delays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time, which can take 1-3 business days. 2. Order Processing 2.1 Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 2.2 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information, if available. 3. International Shipping 3.1 We currently ship within Canada and to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. 3.2 Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Bubble Tub Kids Corp is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. 4. Shipping Restrictions 4.1 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 4.2 Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to local regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution. 5. Order Tracking 5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. 5.2 Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has shipped. 6. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 6.2 Bubble Tub Kids Corp is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders 7.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
