Due to the nature of our bathing products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues or concerns with your purchase, such as receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and a description of the problem, along with any relevant photos of the product in question. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
